### 1. Change of Mind Returns
We gladly accept change-of-mind returns within **14 days of delivery**, provided the item:
- Is **unworn, unwashed and unused**
- Has all original tags attached
- Is returned in its **original packaging**
- Is returned at your own cost via **trackable shipping**

We do not accept unsolicited returns without prior notification.

### 2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within **7–14 business days**.
Refunds will **only be issued after we have received the goods** in acceptable condition.

### 3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the item is faulty or incorrect, please notify us within **48 hours** of delivery.
Mozera will cover return shipping for confirmed issues under the **Australian Consumer Law**.

- Orders can only be cancelled or changed **within 15 minutes** of purchase.
