Shipping & returns

What if it doesn’t work for me?

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Simply email us at support@mozerastore.com to start your return or exchange.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping within Australia takes:

• Metro areas: 6–10 business days

• Regional areas: 8–14 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Australia only.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.

Will I pay customs?

In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.
